One form, read by a person. There is no support desk, no ticket number and no chatbot. Write in plain words and say what happened.
Write to us
One address, read by a person. No ticket number, no chatbot.
What to include
If a generation went wrong, roughly when it happened is enough to find it: every job is recorded with its time. The description you typed helps too.
If it is about your data (you want to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted), choose “My data” as the topic and say what you want. The privacy policy sets out what those rights are. An answer comes within a month at the outside, which is the limit the law sets rather than the time we intend to take.
If you are reporting content that breaks the content policy, say where you saw it.
How long a reply takes
The site is run by one person, so an answer may take a few days. Anything about your data, and anything that looks like the site is broken, is looked at first.
What happens to what you send
The message is stored on this site: that is where it lives and where it is read. We keep the topic, your email address, your name if you gave one, and the message itself. The name is optional and the form works without it.
The form does not record the address you connect from. The privacy policy has the detail, including the one place where an address of yours is written down: the server’s own request log, which is not something the form controls.
Who runs this
Aiimage is run by one person, not a company. The legal name and postal address that belong on this page will be added before the site opens to visitors; leaving them out until they exist is deliberate, and printing a line with a dash where a name should be would be worse than saying nothing.
